RETURNS
As our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges of unopened, opened, and/or used products; this due to hygiene purposes. We also do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, you are liable for the scent and/or items you purchase. If you receive damaged or faulty products; or receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately. Contact made after 30 days of receiving products of the nature stated above will be void.
CANCELLATIONS
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days, so if you want to cancel an order or add items without incurring a cost, you will need to do it before your order is dispatched. If you do wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately via email. Please place your orders mindfully, we cannot be held responsible for your change of mind.
DAMAGED PARCELS
BlissBay Co. extends an apology if the products you received arrived damaged. We do our best to pack them securely, however, even the most safely packed parcel can get dropped or tumbled whilst in transit to your house. If this occurs please contact us immediately via email, we will do our best to offer you an exchange where possible, or a refund after we have received the returned goods. Should this occur we will cover the cost for the postage of sending these items back to us.
