DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days, but we may need up to 10 business days in times of high volume orders or during sale periods; this is due to our products being handmade and poured. You will first receive an Order Confirmation email when you successfully order a product. You will then receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is ready to dispatch.
DELIVERY
Sendle: (Sydney) Please allow 1-4 business days* to receive your order after receiving your Shipping Confirmation email.
Sendle: (All other states) Please allow 2-10 business days* to receive your order after receiving your Shipping Confirmation email.
PROCESSING
Please make note that your order will be shipped to you via Sendle's network once dispatched, when your order arrives is out of our control.

Once the parcel has been obtained for delivery by the postal service we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please certify that the shipping address you provide us is fulfilled & correct. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping costs incurred by us due to incorrect address details provided.
